Prayers for The Robert Cruikshank Family. he was a fellow 89er, he lost his life in a fire a month back or so. he was a funny guy, had several classes with him. i kinda envied him cause he was a bit smaller than me, ok, a lot smaller than me, and raced gokarts. i loved gokarts, but could never be competitive cause i outweighed most other guys by 50+ , ok 80+ pounds. he was a fellow metal/gear head. his father , Dick, comes down and hangs 0ut at the shop and helps fix golf carts, towmotors, motors, etc and is like NORM from CHEERS here. it was VERY eerie setting HERE reading of the fire, when Dick came in , sat 18 inches infront of my monitor, and told me he was in traffic, when Roberts mother called Dick and told him that Robert had perished in a fire. a noisy shop became silent, almost negative silent. if thats possible. so, be thankful for the days you have, and the ones you can share those days with.
