Prayers of the People from September 15th, 2013 – (and can I interject a wonderful turnout. It was such a warming feeling sitting up in the choir loft and looking out at all the smiling faces in our congregation. Many familiar, some brand new and some returning to worship. We must give thanks for this blessing and pray for more to seek out or return to their grass roots and share in our worship service each Sunday.) -Please watch over our grandchildren on this special day. -Dear Lord, please be with our family, please bless us. -Lord, I pray for John, with a serious health problem, as he undergoes a test tomorrow. Thank you Lord. -Please watch over Pat and also, Yvonne -Prayers for the Aboriginal people of Canada, and Blessings for all those involved in the Truth and Reconciliation Events in Vancouver this week -Thank you Lord for answered prayers! Our nephew’s surgery was successful & he will be home next week! -Pray for Kyle as he struggles with directions in his life. -We pray for healing of Guy. Please Lord be with him & give him a speedy recovery. Thank you Lord. and may I also add -Dear Lord, we have so many blessings in our lives already and yet you continue to give us more each day. Thank you for showing us the beauty you have graciously given us. Please continue to watch over everyone and give solace to those in need. AMEN
