Praying for Colombia, Latin America: O God, do not keep silence; do not hold Your peace, O God! Today we unite with the church of the Lord Jesus Christ located in Colombia asking You to flood the nation with peace and justice. There are enemies fighting for power and control; violence is heard in the land. We cry out on behalf of the children who are destitute, and pray for those workers You are sending to bring them to refuge in the shadow of Your wings. Jesus taught us to pray for our enemies, and we come today asking the Lord of the Harvest to send laborers into this vast harvest field. Pursue them with Your mighty angelic hosts, and fill their faces with shame that they may seek Your name, O LORD! We proclaim that they will know that You alone, whose name is the Lord, are the Most High over all the earth. Let the knowledge of the glory of the Lord be made known to all the people groups, in the name of Jesus!
