Pre-School and Head Start Screening: White River Schools and RST Head Start announce the upcoming screening for White River Pre-School, Arrow Head Start and The Long Warrior/Dunham Head Start. We will be screening all children who will be 3 for the next academic school year 2013-2014. You will need to complete an enrollment packet so please bring the following documents: 1. Birth Certificate 2. Immunization Records 3. Abstract/Tribal Enrollment 4. Social Security Card The screening will involve your child going through a series of activities to see how prepared they are for school in the fall. We will have a report for you upon completion of the activities. Today we will be in White River at The Community Events Center from 9am-2pm and tomorrow we till be in Norris at the Norris School Lunch Room 9am-Noon. Thank you and we hope to see you there.
