Pre-training chech (results): - - Im sick. Moderately sick. Did a short interval training. Good/Very good power output. Recovery: Bad/Very bad. Post training: - 1.step: Good recovery. Then suddenly bad recovery (when the heart rate went up, it wouldnt go down again). So: According to my history, I know what I have to do to get well again. And so I will primarily focus on my health. But secondary also performance, because in my case its a driver for health. Enough sleep, healthy food and variation in training. Maybe disconnect from the world sometimes, to further reduce stress levels. For me its important to use quite a lot of time in the fitness center, because I feel mentally relaxed there, and can more easily monitor performance and health. I was on my way to something Great. Then got off the track. Hoping to be back there soon. Take care all!! :-)
