Preparing to do a little talk on Saint Patrick-the myths and the realities at two nursing homes during our Monday ministry from Emmanuel Lutheran Church (dynamite Pastor and congregation!). Yes Im one eighth Irish, puportedly descended from a Molly McGuire.... but Ive had my genome mapped and know that Im also 0.1% Ashkenazi Jew. I hope that, as more of us become aware of our DNA ancestry, some of the ridiculous ethnic and racial prejudices will fade away in the next generations.Were ALL Heinz 57s.
