President Ernest Bai Koroma must walk and chew gum at the same time. 1. Currently there is an extensive power outage in Freetown. What happens with the appointment of a new Minister of Energy? 2. We also have to face with a potential Ebola crisis. How prepared are we to deal with such a crisis. What has the government done to address this potential crisis. 3. The President has big policy initiatives such as Agenda for Prosperity However, he has not told the Sierra Leone people how he intends to pay for them. He has decided to give London Mining and Africa Mineral massive tax breaks whilst the CEOs of these companies boasted of filling the pockets of their shareholders. 4. Youth unemployment is staggering and many are loosing confidence in this government after repeated failed promises. Is the President officially a lame-duck? Does he realize that time is running out for him to save his legacy? Does he command control over his team? SLPP has not offered anything as a significant alternative.
