President George W. Obama, in an interview with Charlie Rose, said that no "U.S. persons" (what IS that, btw) are spied on without the FBI first obtaining a surveillance warrant from the FISA court. Two problems: The FISA court has only turned down ELEVEN FBI requests since its inception. And: ALL of the judges, except for one, were appointed during the administrations of Ronald Reagan, George HW Bush and Dubya. Just some food for thought.
