President Jonathan, Those Soldiers Must Be Tried For Murder Its totally unacceptable to turn on arms against unarmed protesters. If the protest must be broken up or stopped what happened to the use of more civilized means like hot water or at worst the use of rubber bullets? How do you kill a mans 3 sons in a fell swoop and you dont expect him to react? This was how the Boko Haram insurgency gained momentum. And for those questioning the motive of the demonstrators, you are not being fair. If they like, they can protest in support of Palestine. That is besides the question. President Jonathan must not allow the soldiers who committed this murder to go unpunished. They must be made to face the full wrath of the law and justice must be seen to have been done. If care is not taken and this case carefully managed, we may have another aggrieved sect to deal with. We cant afford to fight too many battles at the same time.
