President Obama promised so many things to so many people. One of the many things he promised was transparancy. Here are a few of his words "the way to make goverment responsible is to hold it accountable......and the way to make goverment accountable is to make it transparent." Yada yada yada....those words were spoken often on the trail and then at the white house in his first few days in office. He no longer talks about transparancy. Obama said this also " Let me say this as simply as I can. Transparancy and the rule of law will be the touchstones of this presidency." That conclues the Obama quotes and promise section. Part of my problem is that this is my only goverment. I cannot switch goverments or legslatitive branches. It is what it is. I believe in our system,in our way of life. I am so dissapointed in the president and our elected officals. Deep in my heart I placed trust and faith in Obama,in his words. I had no choice but to trust and place faith in him.I did not vote for him,but I believed in him after the people spoke. I trusted him to lead. Once again I have been let down by the president. When will it end?
