President Obama says he wakes up thinking of the girls abused in Nigeria and Syria, and wishes he could defeat those destructive forces overseas. Yet those same forces are active inside the U.S. Citing the Nigerian kidnappings of 276 schoolgirls, Obama lamented during a Hollywood fundraiser that we have not yet extinguished mans darkest impulses. Every day, when I wake up, and I think about young girls in Nigeria, I want to reach out and save those kids, he said. The Islamic terrorist group Boko Haram has converted the girls and threatens to force them into marriage, the equivalent of rape. Its trying to impose Shariah law in Nigeria, just like the Islamists fighting in Syria. This is the destructive force our president cant bring himself to identify.
