Ive been running around like crazy getting things ready for the Primal Strength Gym opening and have been squeezing in my workouts whenever I find a break in my schedule. Louie Simmons of Westside Barbell even mentions how sticking to longer rest times conditions the same muscle fibers to be used over and over again, hindering your progress. So keep this in mind if youve been sticking to the 3-5 minutes of rest protocol for a while... -- Tank
