Primary Parents: Your Children are AWESOME! We had a great time in Primary today with the Primary Olympics. Thank you judges, Sis. Walker, Sis. G. Christensen, Sis. Whiting, Sis. Bevan, Bro Bevan and the Elders. (and Sis. Glen for playing the piano) We did a run through of the program (just the singing part) and the judges graded them on their enthusiasm, knowledge of the words, smiling eyes, reverence, singing with the Spirit, attention to leader (ME), transitioning into their groups, standing and sitting as a group and a few more things. They really did a great job and earned their Gold Medal. A couple of times they just overwhelmed me and I had a hard time keeping the tears away. I have a few pictures but we were so busy having fun that I didnt start early enough. I also want to thank the presidency for all the help and support they give me in my calling. Sis. Kotryna Gibb for jumping in and helping me today so we could give the kids an idea of the program - she read in between each song what would be happening. Sis. Stacey Simmons for always jumping in and helping me out. Today she played the piano impromptu, took the singing favorites and welcome songs so I could talk to the judges and give them instruction. Sis. Mindy Butler for being my legs and running to find and get things for me. You dont really know how much I appreciate it. Sis. Brandi M Crockett for always helping me and encouraging me. Keep practicing everyone!
