Facts:Ranjit singh ,a resident of the state of Punjab,is denied admission in a premier government institute located in maharashtra on the basis that he is a non-resident of Maharashtra State.Ranjit Singh has decided to challenge validity of this rule. 1.Ranjit singh will succeed since the rule discriminate on the basis of place of birth 2.Ranjit singh will not succeed since the court cannot question the rules framed by the institution 3.Ranjit singh will not succeed since the discrimination is a valid one. 4.None of the above
