INTE-767743 Description The intern will gain practical experience in learning all aspects of the printing industry which will include training on Heidelberg GTO 46 & 52, setting rollers, both inkers & dampers, setting impressions both plate & blanket, exact setting of register, ink control; learning settings for all different paper types which will include NCR, numbering, perforating and printing in colour. The intern will receive formal/informal training in the following both mono and colour printing presses to include: Heidelberg GTO 46 & 52, setting rollers, both inkers & dampers, setting impressions both plate & blanket, exact setting of register, ink control; learning settings for all different paper types which will include NCR, numbering, perforating and printing in colour. On completion the intern will have attained skills in the production of various printed material. Skills Requirements Reliable,punctual and conscientious. Good colour vision and attention to detail a must. Genuine desire for a career in printing. Please Note: This is an Internship. An allowance of €50 per week will be paid in addition to your current Social Welfare payment.See eligibility criteria above.
