He does not mention the details but it is known that Republican appointed Supreme Court Associate Justice John Paul Stevens has suggested that language change. Folks, it doesn’t take a ‘runaway convention or a complete rewrite of the Constitution to totally change our form of government. A few amendments would be sufficient.
