Problem: I love cupcakes, moon pies, and junk food. Goal: I want to be a better Coach/Trainer. Solution: 30-day Paleo challenge! Starts 1 Sep. Barbellians: As coaches/trainers, we are constantly being asked about diet/nutrition and we all have different perspectives. In the CrossFit discipline, two of the diets often preferred/taught are the Paleo and Zone diets. I have never successfully tried either. I am challenging myself to a 30-day Paleo challenge. I will document what I eat, what I spend, perform a baseline, take before and after pictures, and journalize my journey. In my experience of life and CrossFit, I have learned that embracing the suck is way more fun when you involve others. On 30 Aug @ 1000, I will be at the box to share my journey with anyone who wants to join me. I will take my before pictures, perform a baseline, and share my plan of attack.
