Procurement Improvement Analyst – Campinas SP - Support the procurement organization in the development, deployment and improvement of the procurement tool landscape including the collection and sharing of good or best tool practices. - Maintain Procurement tools and give first line support. - Support the procurement organization in the deployment and monitoring of procurement specific programs (e.g. code 30+). - Deploy, adapt and continuously improve the procurement processes across the procurement organization including the collection and sharing of good or best process practices. - Assess the application and usage of processes and tools in order to drive improvement ACTIONS if required. - Support the procurement organization interfaces with other functions within the division or with other divisions. - Issue and manage governance key performance indicators to improve procurement efficiency and performance - Prepare and analyze the different reports to enable the procurement leadership team to manage the procurement organization. - Support master vendor management and supply base stability by updating central documents (Master Vendor dashboard, Supply Base Management) - Support supplier financial RISK MANAGEMENT (evaluate and improve capability, financial stability and performance) and other supplier relationship management initiatives - Support the procurement leadership team in the development of the procurement talent. Qualifications Qualifications: - A bachelor degree in Engineering, Administration or equivalent; - A minimum of 2 years of experience in Procurement processes; - Proficiency with MICROSOFT OFFICE Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project); - You have excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
