Product Promoters Kingston Metropolitan Area, Montego Bay & Ocho Rios, St. James, Manchester, Westmoreland KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Demonstrate and provide information on promoted products • Create a positive image and generate brand sales through consumer engagement • Set up booths or promotional stands and products • Report on demonstration related information (interest level, questions asked, number of samples/flyers distributed, etc.) • Sampling of products to create brand awareness to generate immediate and/or potential sales • Able to achieve promotion sales target for assigned location(s) ACADEMIC/ PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS • At minimum: Four (4) CXC Subjects including Mathematics and English Language • Preferred past student of a tertiary institution • Valid Food Handlers’ Permit SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS • Strong listening, communication and presentation skills • Ability to understand consumer needs and handle different types of personalities • Ability to work with minimal supervision and a high degree of flexibility • Required to work extended hours including nights, weekends and public holidays • Willing to work in a variety of locations with large crowds and potential for retail sales • Ability to use creativity, humour and spontaneity to create immediate product interest. • Ability to stand for long hours • Employment: part-time basis Email resume to: lmpromarketers@gmail Dead line: January 2, 2015
