Profundity sneaks up on me while I am cogitating sometimes. For example, I have lived in 8 decades, 2 centuries and 2 millenniums - and I am not that old! Pshaw, we had fast cars, fender skirts, spinner hub caps, sideburns, duck tails, music-what-was-real music and drive in milk shakes. And the girls, well the girls had a certain pizazz mostly missing today (Ask my old friend Ola Mae Leonhardt ( Ola Mae Morgan)) We were just that COOL! ...and the younger generation has no idea what to make of our subtle swagger. We try to hide it, but its impossible, especially when profundity sneaks up in our memories.
