We require a Program officer/ Junior Program officer for our organization. Qualification and other details are given below. Qualification: Master in Law/ Law graduate/Masters and social work with experience and knowledge of research work. Legal Skills: • Knowledge of laws related to women’s human right (especially related to violence against women) • Excellent communication skills ( Hindi and English) • Excellent documentation skills • Experience in designing and delivering training, demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with local partners and experience with human rights groups preferred. • Must have strong technical skills, including fluency in MS word, power point and excel Other Skills: • Knowledge of. women’s human right • Advocacy skill • Good communication skill • Documentation skill Experience- for PO minimum four years in relevant field; for JPO minimum 2 years in relevant field Only women need to apply.
