AKRSP is looking for competent and motivated professionals to fill in the following senior positions that report directly to the General Manager/ CEO. Programme Manager Monitoring and Evaluation: Overall lead of M&E function and is responsible for quality and timely delivery of M&E products and activities. Key responsibilities include: Strengthening M&E systems to meet the needs (e.g., annual plans, progress reports, etc.) of programme management donors and other partners Building the capacity of Programme M&E staff. Taking the lead on Programme-wide surveys and studies. Overseeing the development of a communications’ strategy and high quality communications products e.g. annual reports, briefs, case studies. Leading on Knowledge Management within the organisation. Required Qualification and Experience: Masters in Social Sciences, preferably in Economics, with a minimum of 8-10 years of related work experience. Foreign qualification is desired. Additional Skills: Strong research and analytical skills, high quality writing skills, strategic thinking.
