Progress isnt just physical, but psychological as well! When you are mentally strong, you can achieve great things! A client shares an important discovery (this is good stuff!): I think the biggest change this week for me was mental. I came into this because I wanted to do this a healthier, more sustainable way. And then I was struggling to remain committed because I wanted instant results and was getting disappointed. I actually said to my husband a week ago I dont think I should keep going, I mean, its not doing anything. And then I had a real long think to myself and read some of the testimonials and Facebook posts (Slow progress IS progress) and realized doing this properly may mean it takes longer, but it also means it lasts, and I am not living in the gym eating fish and spinach (oh and asparagus of course). It is really easy to commit to something extreme when you see results fast, and it is also easy to commit for 16 weeks or whatever. I want this to be lifelong, be a good example for my kids and look smoking hot if ever we go on a vacation. Changing habits for a lifetime takes time, and mistakes and all that, I needed to come to this realization on my own. Coach Jennie
