They are now looking for a Project Director to deliver a multi-$100m contract which has just been awarded in Kazakhstan. This mixed use schemes consists of multiple high rise towers. You will develop and direct a team of 5000+ to deliver the contract according to schedule, budget, HSQE and other contractual requirements. In order to be considered for the post, you MUST meet the following criteria: - Strong background as a PM / PD for $250m + build / design & build projects; - Experience of delivering High Rise construction schemes; - Experience of Cold Climate construction and the challenges / restraints this brings; - Knowledge of the FIDIC contract form; - Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
