If its NOT according to the Laws *** made in Pursuance thereof [of This Constitution - Art VI Clause 2], its NOT the lawful, legitimate, constitutional Militia: i.e. THE well regulated Militia *** of the several States *** composed of the body of the People. The first solution is political (private alleged militia failure), not military; and We the People are the supreme constitutional authority who must politically enforce statutory revitalization of the century-old disbanded command structures. -- DVM III
