Psalms 5:11 says, But let all those that put their trust in thee rejoice: let them ever shout for joy, because you defend them: let them also that love thy name be joyful in thee. GOD DEFENDS US!!! When we have things coming against. When things are not working the way we know they should. When we are surrounded on all sides, by negative circumstances. When sickness is trying to overtake our body. When our bank account is low. I DONT HAVE ANY OTHER CHOICE I MUST REJOICE!!!!!! REJOICING IS EXTREMELY RADICAL!!!! I must trust GOD. The best way that i know to still my own thoughts and bring my emotions under control is to do a little radical rejoicing. That will stop the negative words coming out of my mouth about my situation. That will get my mind, my emotions lined up with what i know to be true out of the word of GOD. That will get my mind over on the one who loves me and will deliver me. I DONT HAVE ANY OTHER CHOICE I MUST REJOICE!!!! This will stimulate my FAITH(TRUST IN HIM)!! 1John 5:4 says, For whatsoever is born of God overcomes the world: and this is the victory that overcomes the world, even our faith.
