Serves about 12 cups. 3/4 butternut pumpkin chopped 1L chicken stock ( I use 4 stock cubes with 1 L hot water) 1 cup of water 1 sweet potato chopped 2 medium carrots chopped 1 red onion roughly sliced 3 garlic cloves minced Cook on low for 8 hrs. Before serving stir through 140ml of cream (if you want to keep it fat free dont add this)
