Punching/roundoff. (im not saying this is the correct way but it is how it helped me) *Tips* -if youre a leftie, you place your left hand left side and your right hand forward like this ---> (left hand) (right hand) -If youre a gymnast you know how to build the RIGHT momentum for your punch never just throw it like you know you wont fail -Keep shoulders in between the ears -never make a gap on your legs -Hurdle is commonly used for gymnasts which is shown in the video *Very important* -Squeeze yourself -End it into a hollow position (where both of your feet is placed way back and your head way front like a diagonal position) -as you complete the hurdle and had placed your palms shrug as if you are doing a kong -Land and take off by balls of feet so that your momentum goes up! Instead of down (roundoffs/punches are meant to make your next somersault unbelievably high) To begin, do a hurdle where you swing your hands backwards to front at the same time you jump forward. As you place your hands slightly squeeze yourself in order to make you yourself go sideways to complete the skill. You are not to just go sideways or your roundoff wont create momentum or will kill yourself in the next skill you are about to throw. As you complete the interchange of side shrug your hands and end it up in a hollow position for it will make you go higher and higher the better your hollow looks like. (Landing vertical will kill your height in addition to the next skill, landing horizontal well youre dead probably) As you can see people nowadays just throw their punches, save yourself from harm train safe. :) #ClubGymnasticaPhilippines
