Pushing your limits is the only way to make progress (in anything, not just fitness). Staying in the comfort zone is just that: comfortable. Unfortunately staying comfortable gets us nowhere. Today I realized that I push myself even harder when the camera is rolling. We always work harder when someone else is watching, whether its a trainer, your mom, or the camera. Having a watchful eye makes it a lot harder to think, Well that burns like hell thats enough reps. Instead its, Boy I really want to impress, I cant give up yet! This is the difference between results and amazing results. Having the camera there also makes me stricter on my form (something Im already strict on). So, Im working out harder and with better form thanks to the camera. Prior to the contest Id done some of this program (without any filming) and I can feel a BIG difference already after just 1.5 weeks! What do YOU do to make yourself give that extra push? If the answer is nothing youre leaving a lot of results on the table! These DB Y Presses are a cool cross between lateral raises and shoulder presses. Give em a try for some new gains! #delmonteproteam #maximizeyourmuscle #livelarge #nononsense
