QUESTION OF THE DAY August 11th 2014. By TBU Editor - Albert Pritchard Originally, Capitol Records intended to release the groups 1964 performance at the Hollywood Bowl, but due to a lack of advanced studio technology and the excessive amount of loud screaming fans on tape the album was shelved. Another plan was to release a Greatest Hits album for the Christmas market. Four songs were to debut on the record: A Hard Days Night, Misery, Theres a Place, and From Me to You. Again, plans were scrapped for release. What Lp was released instead? Answer Tomorrow Same Beatle Time (If Possible) and Station! Yesterdays Question: A line taken from an early Elvis Presley song, Baby, Lets Play House was most likely the origin of this Beatle song. What song is it? Answer ... Run For Your Life Id rather see you dead, little girl, than to be with another man. The line was taken from an early Elvis Presley song, Baby, Lets Play House (written by Arthur Gunter). Congratulations to Keith Moore, John DeRuvo, Bernie Oliver (On Both TBU Pages), Darren Jones, Steve Buchanan, Mitzi Cater, Robert Hopstaken, Tom Tom Slocum, George A Martin, Scot Harvey, Stephan Cohen, Dustin McCook, Drexler John, Daniel Craig, Rob Sherriff, Michael Berry, Susan Clegg, Linda Eleanor Rigby Robbins and Michael Paresi. Since everyone gave the correct answer, I will give credit to Mark Briarty even though he didnt actually give the name of the song but answered with Ditto Thank you to all for playing and for your comments.
