QUICK TIP: if you would like to stop poisoning yourself with Dishwasher tabs and its toxic traces on the surface of your dishes, try to make your own dishwasher detergent. I was experimenting for a week and found a great solution. Aluminium free baking soda apple vinegar lemon juice I am blown away by the results and can sleep now very well. (didnt test it on heavy creasy stuff as I always soak very dirty dishes in water before putting it in the dishwasher) another great solution is Liguid soaps by Dr. Bronners (you get it in susans Aquarius Health shop in Cahersiveen)/ drbronner Just dont add vinegar or lemon juice because it will seperate the original components of the liquid soap. Baking soda always welcome. And the liquid soap you can also use for body and hair and it is fair-trade, great company philosophy behind it. Shampoos, shower gels, deodorants and make-up is another story how we lovingly and unaware poisoning ourselves. I will leave this for another post Enjoy
