Public Relations Officer Key Responsibilities: •Planning publicity strategies and campaigns. •Develop mutually beneficial relationship between QV Conference and the Media and •Dealing with enquiries from the public, the press, and related organisations. •Writing and producing presentations and press releases. •Organising promotional events Social Media Manager Key Responsibilities: •Promote interest and an audience following on social networks •Liaise with Executive Team to remain up-to-date with QV progress •Blog on the Quo Vadis Melbourne 2014 Website Events Coordinator Key Responsibilities: •Collate quotes from various accommodation options for the Conference and present the options to the Committee. •Negotiate a Conference package within the budget of the QV Conference. •Organise a run sheet, coordinating the timeliness of each days events The event coordinator will also help run pre-conference events like the Media Launch and information sessions and Post-Conference events such as a tour around Melbourne for international delegates (attendees of the Conference).
