Quality See,against quantity, this is not about maximum production. We often times adopt a habitual thought like many other companies, of putting our focus on the outputs..the productivity..we hog ourselves on the climaxes of salvations walk without paying attention to having a balanced perspective that runs on clear, consistent and concise basic principles. Improved productivity is improved QUALITY. Above all else QUALITY is a KINGDOM DEMAND. We must be able to critically evaluate ourselves by using the Standards that are required for us to meet..In simple terms do we meet the standards that are given to us through the BIBLE..THE WORD..in order to induce and assure QUALITY performance. We must be of the discipline of DOING THINGS RIGHT FROM GET GO! Let there be a consistence, a clarity, a balance in our walk of salvation. And we need to have biblical, critical, analytical and systematic processes that help us measure our progress thereof. It is not enough to be a Great leader..be a Leader of Quality..for Quality is the foundation of great leadership and growth. Let us meet all desired requirements..follow all standards..apply all principles..THE WORD.. Know the WORD Understand the WORD Apply the WORD Solve with the WORD. Quality is about doing it RIGHT.
