Queridos Pastores y amigos, quiero compartir con ustedes la alegría que nos embarga al saber que nuestra hija mayor que estudia medicina en Rep. Dom. Ha sido escogida gracias a sus notas para participar en un importante entrenamiento en el gesundheit institute (the laughing body art of care patch adams) si, sé que les sonara familiar porque muchos conocen la historia de la película. Estamos felices, pero necesitamos su ayuda para hacer este sueño realidad. Ninguna ayuda en pequeña y ayudara a mi hija a poder prepararse mejor [para ser las manos que transmitirán el amor de Dios. Y parte de un power point que hizo para buscar apoyo. Dear Friends For a long time the Lord has been molding me. These last four years my life has changed in ways I would’ve never imagined among the decisions that have bought me to where I am to today. Are: 1. I decided to stay in the Dominican Republic and my entire family left to the United States. 2. I decided to become a med student, prior to this I had wanted to study law. It hasn’t been easy, being on your own when you’re a fulltime student can be terrible sometimes. However I can fully say that if I am here today it is because the Lord my God has enabled me to do so. Throughout my time here I have been able to excel in my studies and come across diverse opportunities to interact with doctors from around the world: many whom have helped me grow. I have recently been accepted in a two week program involving many doctors from around the world. During these two weeks we will be learning how to treat patients with terminal diseases, specifically children. The way these doctors approach patients is dressing up as clowns and treating them directly addressing their emotions. I will be working directly with doctor Patch Adams and many other specialists from around the world. For this very reason I am addressing you hoping that will help finance this program The total cost is of 500 dollars and I have until the 1st week of august to make the payment If you would like to help, it doesn’t matter the amount please contact me.
