Question 1) Given the market economy requires consumption in order to maintain demand for human employment and further economic growth as needed, is there a structural incentive to reduce resource use, biodiversity loss, the global pollution footprint and hence assist the ever-increasing need for improved ecological sustainability in the world today? There are many issues with this entire video and the gauntlet thrown down to the critics of the VP and TZM. The first problem is that Joseph’s entire understanding of the market is based on cognitive biases and his so called dealing with crony capitalism and the calculation problem etc. is nothing but a mare’s nest of begging the question. The problem is, that he creates the rules of the debate, based on his neo-socialist misunderstanding and condemnation of the market and its mechanisms, and then invites debaters to enter his field limiting their arguments without his ever having to really challenge the entire foundation of his cognitive biases and ideologically cemented rigidity. This is a classic neo-leftist tar baby. Joseph’s entire premises and delusions about the market are wrong and refuted by statistical facts, many from the UN itself, so does the market really represent the greatest example of inefficiency and resource scarcity ever seen in the history of the world? Is there a holocaust causing the death of millions ever year caused by the evil and sinful market? First refute, Hans Rosling https://youtube/watch?v=RUwS1uAdUcI
