Question #1: I have anxiety and struggle with what I call an argument in my head. Thoughts come into my mind as if they are talking to me and arent actually my thoughts. But its not a voice. I cant hear it. But they come into my head as thoughts, but they are different. I then fight against these thoughts and it is then one big argument inside of my head. The nurse said she thinks it is my way of coping with my anxiety. But the thoughts say things like Dont you dare do your work everyone hates you you will get into trouble RUN. This makes it very difficult for me to concentrate at school and do my work because I cant actually bring myself to write. I have a 2 hour exam tomorrow and the argument is at its worst when I have an exam. So I just wondered if anyone else has this problem and knows any ways to cope with it or how to ignore your thoughts so you can concentrate? Thank you.x
