Answer: If you are a great judge in character and can get your money upfront, Id say yes, make it happen... but you have to make sure this person is NOT crazy... Keep your life, living situation, job, etc etc... GET YOUR MONEY UPFRONT... and make sure you keep your personal life. Good Luck!!
