Question from a follower: I went to the Dentist earlier this week, I had to get a deep cleaning on my teeth so they numbed the right side of my mouth that needed work. Omg bad experience, as my mouth was numbing I started to panic! (I have a panic disorder) My heart started racing so fast, I felt like I was gunna choke and die they kept telling me to calm down it would go away..it did. I have another appointment for next week to get the other side cleaned. Im really dreading it, I know it was the anesthetic that probably triggered my panic attack and Im scared its gunna happen again when I go back...
