Question from one of our readers: I am practicing for 24 years and 20 of them in the same dental office. I get 40.00 per hour and work 3 days. I get medical, vacation and personal days, total of 20 days. I ask my employer for a raise and he said I reached top pay. I am loyal to my patients and dedicated. I get filled easily and people wait sometimes a month to see me instead of the other hygienist. Should I accept his response or should I look for another job? Please leave your feedback/suggestions below.
