Question in by unit owners on New Section Special Assessment and water useage under the Master jurisdiction: June is your last special assessment payment ($45) for New Section. Regarding the water bill, we pay MDC directly for water useage. People washing their cars; watering plants; indoor water use (bath/shower; sink, etc). However, regarding the pools we did fill up with a hose in the past not from trucks coming in. We would need a cost comparison vs hose and trucks. My gut is that it would be cheaper by truck. I would have to research. And, I heard on the streets, that we are filling up the indoor pool right now (periodically with the hose because it appears the indoor pool is leaking). What is the Master Board and Phoenix doing with that right now? Your guess is good as mine. Good question to ask at the Unit Owner Fourm, the night of the Budget Meeting June 13, 2013 @6:00 pm
