Question of the day: How come I cant seem to stick to a regular workout routine and healthy eating plan even when I know that I will shed the weight almost immediately? Why is it that I know that I will be substantially happier in every aspect of my life if I get more fit is not motivation enough for me to stick to a routine? Why is it so easy to fall back into bad habits and be lazy and sluggish and gross? WHYYYYYYY? ok go....
