Question time! An interesting question from a fiqh perspective, comment what you guys think the answer could be. A person married to a sister while being together were told to seperate against their will and their marriage became haram BECAUSE of the death of someone else, and his nikah became invalid even though nobody gave divorce to each other. Why is there marriage nullified, and who died? i.e the marriage ended and became haram even though the married people didnt want it to end BECAUSE of the death of another man.
