THE KINGS ARMY UPDATE: Rob A. is 8 weeks out from his first NPC Mens Physique competition. As soon as I saw him today I smiled and told him we are in business! His conditioning is on point and now that he has reached this level of lean mass I can guarantee that he will be one of if not the most ripped athletes in his class. He told me that the last time he was this lean was way back in high school... I like that. Im like the fountain of youth for all my athletes... I bring out their all time best! His posing has improved but still needs more work. I want to see more shoulder caps and more detailed abs. Coach is very happy. — with Rob Alves.
