Question to everyone. How would you feel if your in bed early Saturday nite. Your ex and his girlfriend lives in your apt building but on the 2nd floor. Your on the 1st floor and they where arguing on the first floor by your apt at 9pm Saturday nite. You tell them to take the arguing outside and they did. Then you go back to sleep. Then at 1 am you get a hard knock on your apt door and its the Baltimore City Police. You get up and open the door. They put the handcuffs on you and say your being arrested for assault on your ex boyfriend. You say how can I be charged when my ex and his girlfriend where fighting earlier and I told them to take there fighting outside. I had to go to jail from 100am to 11am for something I didnt do. I dont talk to either one of them. Now im hurting real bad in my right leg. ( its false charges.) What would you do and how would you feel.? Dawn.
