Quick Tips from Coach Adam Pine: You’re only as strong as your weakest link! Remember to focus some of your training on bringing up those weaknesses. If you keep getting stuck pulling the deadlift off the floor, try doing some paused reps, deficit pulls, or snatch grip pulls. If you have any questions on how to perform these lifts, or need help adding them into your program, just ask one of the coaches here at TPS!
