Quick lesson: A Spanish person literally refers to someone from Spain, and nowhere else. A Hispanic person is someone whos ancestry comes from a spanish speaking culture or country. A Latino person is someone who is from a Latin American country. A person can be Spanish and Hispanic, Latino and Hispanic, or solely Latino (individuals from Latin America whose native language is perhaps Portugese). Know the difference.
