Quing Obillos courageously left his job to start anew and pursue his passion for culinary arts. And now, hes taking up the Ducasse Institute Philippines Professional Culinary Arts certificate program at Enderun Colleges. I’m on an intensive eight-month program that demands focus, diligence and hard work. It is eating up more of my time than I expected (part of which is caused by Metro Manila traffic), but it’s all good and I’m loving it! The pressure is on, but it’s the good and inspiring kind. Still it feels amazing to be at this stage in my life where I’m (again) doing something I enjoy.
