Quite a few people messaging me asking if i have blocked them.. Youre not blocked guys im just no longer on my personal FB account at the moment thats all. Just completed my first cardio session of my prep. Ive decided to use my NAR Redheat fat burners from the get go. I have these at the side of my bed so when my alarm goes off i take 2 capsules along with 500ml bottled water to get it in my system and also to replace some fluids lost during the night. My alarm is on a 10 minute snooze so by the time this goes off a few times its time to get up and my heart is racing at a moderate pace and im wiiiiide awake! Open up the gym and get my fasted cardio done. Cross trainer is more suited for me because my calfs get so pumped they cant take it on the treadmill. Cross trainer is great for me, takes the stress off my calfs plus i get to use my upper body helping to increase heart rate further more whilst reducing the pace and stress of my lower half so it evens out pretty well. Time to start training legs too. I only train them light every 4-6 weeks in the off season because they respond too fast so i need to keep my symmetry in check. Now its time to think of deep cuts, glute & ham tie ins etc so legs will be hit from a wide variety of angles to enable clear visual changes on a weekly basis. Ive not trained them for nearly 3 months and they still grew? I will increase intensity output on weekly basis now though. Bodyweight topped out at 15.5 stripped a.m weight and this would continue to climb but i need to make weight, maybe?.. depending if 80kg wouldnt be possible. Making weight will really help me keep focus more to be honest. As long as im in shape that all that matters and i want to be ready in 10 weeks so its not long... Very excited to hit the stage again.. 4 years has flown by since my last showing.. Im in no rush, lol. I will update from time to time so keep an eye out ; )
