C12H22O11 and C6H12O6 One or the other are in the following Table sugar (refined and processed), cane sugar, sugar from beets, honey, fruit, corn, and well, almost everything, actually, but those are the ones in the quiz... So, which is best for you? (I know, both are bad-bad, but which is less-bad?) and yes, I know I gave a little away, everyone knows evil Fructose is in Corn (HFCS = WORST-BAD, right? But did you know, Fructose from GMO corn is identical to non-GMO corn Fructose? as in a chemist could not tell you which it came from? and the fructose is the same if its in HFCS or normal corn syrup - does that actually exist, or is the HFCS redundant and for effect?)
