Quote from the book, Called To Conquer. Never underestimate yourself or your giftings, because you are God’s workmanship. Remember: If you speak negatively about yourself or your giftings, you are criticizing the work of His hands. The Greek word used here for workmanship is poiema, which gives us the English word poem. It suggests a creative masterpiece. When God wanted to show the whole universe what He could create, He decided on us. Is that not remarkable? You are God’s creative masterpiece, created for a purpose. For what purpose? For good works, which God has prepared beforehand for you to walk in. That is your calling, your assignment. When God created you in Christ, He had something for you to do. You never have to sit down and ponder, “What am I to do?” You need to ask: “God, what do You have for me to do?” There is not a single person on earth today created in Christ Jesus for whom God does not have a specific calling.
